Located in San Marcos, TX, The Ella Lofts project involved new-build construction of a five-story student housing complex.

The midrise development was particularly challenging due the restrictive size of the site, the remedial action required to correct previous construction defects which included widespread structural issues, and the extremely tight delivery schedule.

The $8m project took just over 10 months to complete – and was delivered in time for student move-in prior to the fall semester.
